WHO:          Fedor Emelianenko & Royce Gracie

Fedor Emelianenko:
Widely regarded as the greatest heavyweight of all time, Fedor Emelianenko stood atop the stacked heavyweight class of PRIDE Fighting Championships as the division's titleholder from 2003-2007. A 41-fight veteran of mixed martial arts, "The Last Emperor" dominated some of the sport's most talented athletes in the midst of their prime, including a 28-fight stretch that saw the Russian slugger go undefeated. Emelianenko also spent time competing under the direction of STRIKEFORCE prior to recently joining Bellator MMA following five consecutive victories. He will look to add to his current streak when he makes his promotional debut in the near future.

Royce Gracie:
The name Gracie is synonymous with MMA, due largely in part to Royce Gracie, the man who is considered to have invented the sport that fans see today. The winner of the first several UFC events, Gracie would dismantle multiple opponents in a single night, many of which were much larger than him. For many years, there was no answer for the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu technique that he brought into a matchup. Today, it's difficult to find an MMA fighter who hasn't trained in the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu that his father invented. In February of 2016, Gracie headlined Bellator 149, an event that shattered company viewership records that remain intact to this day.
